All ordered items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. We will not be held responsible for inaccurate information, part numbers, specifications or model applications as noted on the website (we do take care of order problems for our customers that are based on wrong web site information). We are not obligated to sell at listed prices if there is an error. NeweraParts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NeweraParts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NeweraParts shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Local Product Legality
NeweraParts cannot guarantee the legality of any products we sell, for use in some countries. It is the customer's responsibility to check local and state laws regarding vehicle modification before ordering. Some parts we sell are for racing only and are not designed to be legal for use on public road or street. For example, engine modification components, except those that are exempt that have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. Many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways.
NeweraParts accepts all major credit cards, Western Union, checks, money orders, and certified checks payable to NeweraParts. Bank transfers are also accepted. All cheques will be subject to a minimum of (14) fourteen-business day waiting period to clear with our bank. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. To eliminate this delay, please send a money order, cashiers check, and certified check or prepay by credit card. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank. Please DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur thereof. Exchange rates quoted on our website and on quotations are advisory only and may be subject to change without notice as a result of daily FOREX market fluctuations. Please note all payments must be made in £ STG without exception.
Cancellation before Shipping
In order to remain as competitive in price as possible, we cannot stock all items available. Some goods are ordered the same day you place your order(s) with us. As we are based in Japan, many of the items on display are delivered to us within 1-3 days of ordering, ready to send to you, some can take longer if they need to be specially manufactured, etc. If you place an order and subsequently change your mind and cancel because you have changed your mind this causes us to have to go through the process of cancelling an order already paid for to a supplier or manufacturer obtaining a refund and paying cancellation fees. Sometimes we may be forced to stock the item(s) you have ordered. Where you cancel your order for a reason not related to a mistake by Newera Parts, a 25% charge for handling and cancellation will be deducted before refunding your payment.
All orders are shipped by either EMS or a pre-designated courier or shipping service. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. NeweraParts does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Not all items shown on our shop can be kept in stock. Some items are specially ordered for the customer upon receipt of payment. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and the customer informed of expected delivery. Back order items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer. Shipping fees calculated by our shopping cart system are estimated. Shipping fees may be higher than stated by our shopping cart system for products using oversized boxes, multiple box shipments and back ordered items.
A receipt for your purchased goods is sent to you via e-mail after items are dispatched. For different countries, there will be a different import tax for automobile and automobile parts. In most countries, import taxes are charged according to the total amount based on declared price on receipt. With our freighting experiences, we can minimize your expenses for the total tax and freighting charges. The customer understands he is responsible for any import taxes incurred.
Receiving your order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged items MUST be reported to us within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Claims for defective goods, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing within two (2) working days from the arrival of goods.
Received the wrong products?
If we make an error on the item(s) we ship to you we will happily incur all shipping costs relating to the error, including shipping the mistaken order back to us and reshipping the correct merchandise to you. There are no fees associated with this part of the process. An RA# (see below) is required and will be issued to you upon notification of the error to our office by calling or emailing us within 2 business days a noted in "receiving your order" above.
All other returns
If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong item, just changed you mind or for any other reason other then defects then a RA# number is required. An RA# is required for all returns. We will not accept any returns without a RA# number on the shipping label. Returns are not accepted on electrical or electronic goods, specially ordered items and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days after date of invoice. All items correctly ordered or supplied and subsequently cancelled by the customer are subject to a 35% (thirty-five percent) restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact NeweraParts within the time period stipulated to be eligible for a return. You may contact us by way of email or via our Contact Us page. A RA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts may be rejected. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable. If we cannot accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.
Most items sold by us are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for any warranty issues. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.
